    No. This item's sale is not contingent upon programming of any kind.

    So I buy this dish and then get free tv?
    No. If you want to receive satellite signal, you need to sign up with DSS to receive programming. They have a variety of packages with many basic channels, premium movie stations, and pay-per-view channels.

    Can I get installation equipment with it?
    Yes. An installation kit that includes everything necessary for installation yourself can be purchased for an additional $19.99.
